Up to now, I'm having a great time with EPIC. What I really appreciate is the chance to give my colleagues a little recognition when they help me out or contribute positively to the company. Plus, I love being able to check my own results to figure out where I can get better.

Since I began my job, I've noticed a shift in the vibe around here after they introduced this software. The surveys happen every Monday and they’re super quick—only about 5 minutes, which really helps in building a good atmosphere. I also enjoy sending stickers and coins to my teammates, and we can swap our coins for cool rewards like an extra day off or gift cards. It's a fun way to keep things positive!

"A unique approach to employee engagement surveys"
I've been at places that did these surveys, but I’ve never come across one that lets me check out my own scores. The ones I used to complete went straight to the managers, and we never got to see any outcomes. Epic stands out in this area since it also lets me rate my coworkers.

Using EPIC is a breeze. If you run into any issues, their support crew is always ready to assist. It’s awesome to inform the company’s management about their performance and suggest improvements. The rewards shop is a cool motivator to get involved, and I also appreciate the chance to share my thoughts with my colleagues. All in all, I’m quite pleased with this system.

"Awesome bang for your buck"
I chose to partner with Clarity Wave to set up EPIC in my business since they provide a ton of features for the same price or even cheaper than other systems I looked into. EPIC goes beyond just weekly surveys; it also includes peer recognition and an incentive store that really keeps folks engaged and eager to join in consistently.

"Awesome engagement from our crew"
We began using Clarity Wave since we wanted to understand what our staff thought about our organization. In my previous jobs, I tried different survey methods, and the response rates were often quite poor. But I was taken aback by how this system is designed; we're seeing about 75% participation each week. That's really something, especially for a weekly survey. We've received some truly enlightening feedback, and my team really enjoys it.

I was really taken aback by how many handy features this system offers. To kick things off, there are weekly surveys that only take about 5 minutes to fill out.

Next up, there's a community where my team and I can exchange virtual stickers and points, which can be used at the awesome store.

And the cherry on top… everyone can check out their own scores! Initially, I felt a bit daunted by the results, but it’s great to see where I can make some improvements. Believe it or not, I actually look forward to Mondays when the surveys go live.
